Avoid the following

Prep Care

The do’s

Exfoliate At Least 2 days before Appointment
Do not moisturize by putting creams, oils, or lotions
Do not apply deodorant if you're getting underarms sugared
Hair Should be 1/4 inch long
Sugar Regrowth 4-6 weeks
Shaving- Allow 10 - 14 days to get Sugared
Waxing- Allow 4 Weeks of regrowth to get Sugared

No Hot Bath or Showers
No Sauna , Hot Tubs, Massages
No Tanning or Sunbathing
No Exercise or Sport
No Makeup (Face Sugaring)
Avoid Swimming
Avoid Heavy Oils, Lotions or Shea butter
Avoid Fragrance Products
Avoid Sexual Activity
Any Friction (touching , scratching, or rubbing the sugared area)
Exfoliate 3-4 times a week
Apply Serums for Hydrations
Wear Cotton Underwear

Highly recommend men to bring a clean cotton shirt ; woman to wear loose comfortable clothing to their appointment. When you begin sugaring you can no longer use razors, get regular wax or use any other hair removal treatments. This defeats the purpose of & decreases the benefits of body sugaring.
